Bad Habits (Can I change?, The Conclusion)

Do you know the consequences of your bad habits? That was my question in the last post. I have received a few comments, remarks & questions regarding bad habits, so i will be submitting my conclusion on this matter.

Bad Habits, can i change?, THE CONCLUSION IS ‘YES,’ we can all change. You can change bad habits if you decide to take a step in the right direction. You have to make a conscious effort to change those habits. Make up your mind, be decisive, be courageous to face the fierce battle, FORM GOOD HABITS, you can make that change. IT’S TIME TO MAKE THAT CHANGE.

No matter how deep the root if the habit is, good habits can always have it uprooted. Remember the ‘Do you know’ questions, answer them and work against characters that militate against your progress. Remember it’s a matter of time, you will get rid of them, bad habits were built gradually & they will go gradually. Replace bad habits with good ones, i read somewere that it takes 30days to form a good habit, in the light of that statement it may work for you if you constantly have it as a routine daily without stopping and may not be true in your case if there is a gap in the routine, however  i tilt to this school of thought, as you have to practice constantly to form a habit, so overcome the bad ones by building new ones.

I submit to everyone no matter what the habits are, you can change if you decide to, make up your mind, form good habits and remember all you need, is to take a step in the right direction.
